Containers        
If a homeowner needs additional
recycling containers and lids, they
may be purchased at the
Municipal Building, 1 Quarry
Road, Blandon.  Township office
hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  
The cost for a bin is $5.00 and a
lid is $3.00.  The Township also
has wheel kits that can be
mounted on the bins and can be
purchased for $12.00.
Property owners are responsible
for the care of their containers
and are responsible for the
purchase of a new container
should their container or lid
become lost, damaged, stolen or
blown away by severe weather.

Residents may use a container of
their own instead of purchasing
an additional recycling bin from
the Township.  Please be sure
that your container is clearly
marked with the word
“Recycling”.  
Township has been broken into two collection zones.  Zone #1 pickup day is in Red
and Zone #2 pickup day is in Blue.  The streets in each zone are listed to the right.  

Please place recycling by the side of the road the Thursday night before your pick
In Case of Significant Snowfall - When trucks cannot pick up recycling due to
inclement weather, recycling will be pickup the next available day (excluding
Sunday).

complaints or problems with recycling service.

recycling pick up will be on Saturday instead of
Friday:
